This three bed, one bath residential home located in Johnston, RI had been vacant and poorly neglected for some time when we purchased it. We systematically went through the entire home and renovated it from top to bottom. The windows, roof and heating system were all replaced, landscaping completed, a new deck was added on the back of the home, wood floors were refinished, and carpeting was installed in the bedrooms. In addition, the home was converted to an open floor plan and a large, open kitchen was completed, featuring Bengal White granite, stainless steel appliances and new cabinetry.

Basement Remodel | Ashaway, Rhode Island

This basement remodel project was an unplanned result of a major water leak in this customer’s basement. The water damaged almost the entire basement so it was deemed to be a total rehab. We started by clearing out the space of waterlogged material, then framed out a whole new floor plan with a dedicated laundry area, sound proofed music room, and moisture tolerant flooring throughout.  The customer was very happy with the end result.

This charming 1400 square foot ranch was purchased from a private seller in reasonably good shape minus a failed cesspool, but it was all original 1960’s inside, complete with a pink wall mounted stove.

We went in and did a clean sweep of all surfaces and finishes, including a brand new open plan kitchen with new appliances, a complete gut and remodeling of the bathroom, new septic system, refinished flooring, replacement windows, landscaping, paint throughout, and a new roof.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom colonial home in North Kingstown had been vacant for some time when we purchased it. What was not damaged by vandalism and animals was badly outdated, so it was essentially a total gut. Once we had it cleaned out, we redesigned the flow of the master suite, adding a large bathroom and second walk-in closet. We also opened up the downstairs, installed brand new hardwood flooring and built a large deck that spanned the entire length of the main home in the back. The home boasted a full acre lot in a very desirable area of town.

This three bed, two bath home in Richmond, Rhode Island had been poorly neglected and vacant for some time. When we purchased it, it had been vandalized and badly needed a total rehab. We opened up the wall that was previously blocking off the kitchen to create an open concept living/kitchen area, giving the home an airy, open feel. We repaired the vandalism damage and refinished the wood floors throughout. With a fresh coat of paint inside and out, a brand new kitchen and bathrooms, and a newly refinished downstairs, the home sold easily in less than one day from listing it for sale.
