Living Room Remodel | North Kingstown, Rhode Island

When the homeowners purchased their home, it had a dedicated in-law apartment at one end of it with a separate entrance and kitchen. They decided to repurpose the space by making it a huge living room area with vaulted ceilings. We gutted the room down to the studs, vaulted the ceiling, and installed all new wall board, windows, a new exterior door, widened the opening to the kitchen, leveled off the floor with the rest of the home (it had previously been two steps down), and installed hardwood floors.

Residential Rehab | North Kingstown, Rhode Island

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom colonial home in North Kingstown had been vacant for some time when we purchased it. What was not damaged by vandalism and animals was badly outdated, so it was essentially a total gut. Once we had it cleaned out, we redesigned the flow of the master suite, adding a large bathroom and second walk-in closet. We also opened up the downstairs, installed brand new hardwood flooring and built a large deck that spanned the entire length of the main home in the back. The home boasted a full acre lot in a very desirable area of town.

Second Story Addition | North Kingstown, Rhode Island

This North Kingstown ranch started out as a 1400 sq ft one story, two bed, one bathroom home and we created a 2400 sq ft, four bedroom, three bathroom home with a huge master suite on the second floor, complete with a walk in closet, generously sized master bath with custom tiling, and vaulted ceilings. We built a huge front deck with composite boards and PVC railing.

The home also boasts upstairs laundry, refinished hardwoods throughout, a raised chimney (not pictured), regrading and hydroseeding of the front lawn, new landscaping, and updated white trim downstairs.
