Project Management
We will assign a project manager, field superintendent, engineer and other staff members as required to effectively manage the construction process. Project managers monitor the progress of the jobs, communicate with subcontractors on your behalf, and ensure the job is completed with the highest level of quality.
Coordination Process
During the construction of any project, the coordination of the trades is an integral part of the process, especially with respect to the mechanical and electrical trades. We will coordinate the delivery of materials and organize the schedules so that subcontractors can all get their work completed without conflicting each others’ space and resources.
Reporting and Cost Control
During the construction process, we will provide up-to-date information with respect to changes that have occurred. Construction projects can run into issues, especially when old homes are involved, but we take care to plan in the initial stages of each project to have funding set aside for these unknowns, should we need to use it.
Commissioning and Project Closeout
One of the most critical stages of the construction process is the commissioning and closeout of the project. Though you will have plenty of opportunities to view the progress and give feedback as the project is progressing, we will schedule a final walk-through once it is completed for your final approval.
