Real Estate FAQ's
Yes, Kenneth represents both buyers purchasing their home, and sellers selling their home.
We recommend listing prices based on a few factors, the most important of which is the comparable properties that are close-by to your home. From there, the home may increase or decrease in proposed value due to any improvements that have to be done, close proximity to a major road, location in a desirable neighborhood, the quality of the school district, etc.
With extensive knowledge of construction and building codes, Kenneth can offer insight into potential problems a home has before you even spend the money to have an inspector come and look at it. Easily recognizable issues include structural problems, water damage, mold, aged windows, a roof requiring repair or replacement, etc. For some buyers, these issues will deter them from pursuing the property altogether; others will use them as a negotiating tool when submitting an offer.
